At Autocast, we believe your webcast is your webcast. We offer clean, professional webcasting without all the watermarks and advertising. Therefore, you get only what you wanted, quality streaming video at an affordable price.

We use progressive download technology to offer streaming at two bitrates to meet the varying needs of our customers. Premium Stream is our premier streaming solution. Encoded at a rate of 700kbps, it offers a higher video quality and enhanced viewer experience. Standard Stream is encoded at a rate of 300kbps and while it doesn't offer the same quality as our premium solution, the quality still outshines most alternative solutions.

When considering whether to use Premium or Standard streaming, please keep in mind that higher quality video streams offered through Premium Stream mean larger videos files. The larger video files may take longer to download, depending on the Internet speed of your viewers, which might affect their viewing experience. So, although it's nice to have better picture quality, be sure your audience has the Internet bandwidth necessary.

Affordable

From day one, our objective has been to offer affordable streaming solutions for everyone to enjoy, and we feel we've done just that. Rather than charge by the bandwidth or storage used, we've chosen to give our customers unlimited bandwidth so there are no surprises or additional charges for webcasts viewed over and over again.

Autocast is licensed by the channel. Similar to your televsion, each channel represents an individual video that is being streamed (webcast) over the Internet. Customers can license from 1 to over 100 channels to meet their specific needs.

As you review the Price Schedule, be aware that two options influence your subscription price. First, the number of channels you license directly affects your cost. However, volume discounts are applied for customers requiring more channels. Second, you will notice it is more expensive to subscribe to Premium Stream than it is for Standard Stream. This additional charge is necessary to offset the additional costs we incur streaming the larger video files as a result of higher video quality provided with Premium Stream subscriptions.

Flexible

Autocast is flexible in a number of ways. First, you have the option to license as many channels as you need. Second, you determine the video quality by choosing either Premium or Standard Stream. Third, we give you the option of either standard or widescreen video formats depending on which format you use to record your events. And fourth, we give you control of your video content on demand. In other words, you can change the videos being streamed as often as you like, whenever you like.

One quick note, the next release of Autocast due out this fall will include a video library to store all your videos. While you currently need to store your videos locally, the video library feature will allow you to store videos on our servers and assign videos to specific channels at will.

Dependable

Our state-of-the-art backend infrastructure ensures a service level second to none. Although we do not guarantee storage and recovery of videos you upload to to our system, we do backup our systems on a daily basis. Please note that you are responsible for storing master copies your videos on your local system.

Respectable

We mention this last, but we consider this one of the most compelling reasons to use Autocast. Our solution is intended to be used for family-friendly content. We do monitor content, and if it is deemed unfit for viewers, we reserve the right to inactivate the video, and if the abuse continues, your account with Autocast may be inactivated as well. So please, keep it clean by refraining from inappropriate content, such as vulgar language or nudity.
